SUMMARY:COMMENCEMENT CEREMONY PREPARATION
DESCRIPTION:Below are the instructions for students who wish to participate in the Commencement Ceremony 2026: \n\nThose who finished their studies in the Summer or Fall of 2025\, as well as those who will finish their studies in the Spring or Summer of 2026\, or anyone from the previous semesters who missed the chance to walk\, must submit their requests to the Records Office no later than Monday\, April 6\, 2026.\nIndividual commencement photograph schedules with details will be sent out separately in mid-April.\nInvitation cards will be ready by mid-April so that the graduating students can invite relatives and friends to the ceremony.\nThe ceremony will occur on Saturday\, May 30\, 2026\, at the California Ballroom\, 1736 Franklin St\, Oakland\, CA 94612.\nThe graduating students will be notified of further details by email in April 2026.\n\nFor further information\, please contact the Records Office.
