Below are the instructions for students who wish to participate in theĀ Commencement Ceremony 2026:

  1. Those who finished their studies in theĀ Summer or Fall of 2025,Ā asĀ well as those who will finish their studiesĀ in theĀ Spring or Summer of 2026, or anyone from theĀ previousĀ semestersĀ who missed the chance to walk, mustĀ submit their requests to the RecordsĀ Office no later thanĀ Monday, April 6, 2026.
  2. Individual commencement photograph schedules with details will be sent out separately in mid-April.
  3. Invitation cards will be ready by mid-April so that the graduating students can invite relatives and friends to the ceremony.
  4. The ceremony will occur on Saturday,Ā May 30, 2026,Ā at theĀ California Ballroom,Ā 1736 Franklin St, Oakland, CA 94612.
  5. The graduating students will be notified of further details by email in April 2026.
