Housing

• Deposit for student housing is $300. After a move-out inspection, a maximum of $200 of the deposit will be refunded.
• Move-in fee for student housing is $200 and is non-refundable.
• Rent starts at approximately $750 per month.
• $95 one-time placement fee.
• $75 for parking space if applicable.

Lincoln university can receive app-based payments such as Zelle:

Zelle Instructions:

• Log in to your bank application via (Mobile application / Web Application)
• Click on Zelle Transfer
• Click on Send
• Add recipients (Lincoln University Extension) through email: dmalla@lincolnuca.edu, or phone # 510 485 4963
• Enter the Amount
• Write Memo/message
  • Student first + last name
  • Student id # (if applicable and recommended)
  • Type of payment (rent/deposit)
  • Month that payment will cover
  • Example:
    John smith – ID 65478 – rent – December 2023
• Send to confirm payment.

Please send a screenshot for confirmation to housing@lincolnuca.edu once payment is complete. This will also serve as the payee’s payment receipt.
